Delivery and returns


UK recorded delivery is FREE

(Delivery time 1-3 working days)


International delivery is £10 per order

(Delivery time 5-7 working days to most countries, including USA)


All orders are sent using Royal Mail signed for services and will require a signature on receipt.


Order confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order. When your parcel has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number to enable you to track your shipment using the Royal Mail website.


Delivery times

All of our jewellery is hand made. We keep some items in stock and aim to dispatch all stock orders the next working day. Any item that is not in stock will take 2-5 working days to be made and dispatched. Occasionally this may extend to 7 working days, in which case we will inform you as soon as the order has been placed.


Urgent orders

If your order is urgent and you need it by a specific date please contact us at info@mayahjewellery.com or by phone on 07733114039 and we will try our best to meet your requirements. An extra charge for delivery might apply to urgent orders, depending on the delivery service you require. Please enquire.


Lost items

We can not refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch (30 days for international items) this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.


MayaH Jewellery Ltd can not be held responsible for goods that are delayed or lost, if they are stated as "Delivered" through the Royal Mail tracking system.


Exchange and returns

We are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. Any jewellery that has been custom made cannot be exchanged. Please email us at info@mayahjewellery.com before sending an item back for exchange. Items must be returned unworn in it’s original condition and packaging, using a recorded delivery service. The customer is responsible for the cost of return and re-posting of exchanged items. Refunds are only offered if the product is faulty.
